
What is youghurt?
Well based on school's book, Youghurt is a fermentated milk that using lactobacillus,sp bacteria.
But in mother's dictionary, we all know what youghurt is a delicious tasty yummy thing that always available in fridge :)
So because it's always must available in fridge, why dont we try to made one.
It's very easy, every mom I belive capable to do this.

Okay lets start made one, what we needs is:
- 1 liter fresh milk
- 1 small cup plain youghurt with live culture on it. (Mom can get it at grocery, and make sure to buy PLAIN with LIVE CULTURE, so read the ingredient first)
- boil the milk in pan and keep steer it's until warm, make sure that the milk is not coagulated.
- after milk is warm, turn the fire off and let it cooled down by it self.
- after that put the plain youghurt with live culture on it, steer it until those mixed.
- after that put in a bowl (or anything else) and cover it for 24 hour. Make sure that it's sealed good so the bacteria can fermentate.
- after 24 hour.....VIOLA....it's ready to serve :)
- when we need to made another one, we can use the bacteria from youghurt we have made.
